3) Consulting Services and Client Engagements

Any consulting, implementation, or retainer services provided by the Company are subject to a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, proposal, or invoice terms). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

4) Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (e.g., CRMs, automation platforms, scheduling tools). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5) Intellectual Property

All Site content (including text, graphics, logos, designs, and layouts) is owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

Client deliverables and ownership rights (if any) will be governed by the terms of the applicable client

agreement.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, performance improvements, revenue results, or business results from using the Site or our Services.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAVEN VENTURE STRATEGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
